Violations removed

If you live or work in Brooklyn, chances are that you have already seen our big yellow trucks. That is because Handyman Moshe has been maintaining private homes, and the buildings of commercial and non-profit organizations since 1992.

City issued violations are a serious matter that can lead to increasingly large fines and legal bills, and time consuming appearances at City Hall. Sometimes the best way to fight a violation is simply to fix it. We'll issue a detailed bill of the repairs completed, and work with our expeditors and licensed plumbers, electricians & engineers to certify that your violation has been fixed in compliance with City codes.

The city will then issue you acknowledgement that the violation has been removed. To do this effectively simply give us copies of all the violations, notices and letters that you have received. We'll cross-check these to the official Department of Building records for your property and notify you if there are any other violations outstanding as well as inform you of any other documentation that may be needed.
